Buy it about 20 minutes before you arrive, so your code is ready when you get here. Type your mobile number and email carefully. That is how your access reaches you.

Yes. Members and pass holders can train any time, day or night. The gym is not staffed all the time.

Yes. Everyone is welcome, from total beginners to people who have lifted for years. The members are friendly and the owner answers questions fast.

16 or over. If you are 16 to 18, a parent or carer fills in the sign-up form with you.

Power racks, a Smith machine, plate-loaded machines including a Hammer Strength shoulder press, a hack squat, a leg press, a cable stack, dumbbell racks, adjustable benches and a preacher curl. For cardio there is a treadmill, a cross trainer, a rower and a SkiErg. There are pull-up bars and a punching bag too.

A week pass is £21 for seven days. Train as often as you like. You get the code the same way as a day pass.

Yes, there is Bude Gym parking outside the unit.

We are a weight training gym. You train on your own or with a mate.

Memberships are paid by direct debit. Day passes, week passes and the one-month option are paid by card. Your card statement shows "IPYBude Gym".

The yearly membership is £320. Twelve months on the monthly plan is £420, so you save £100. That is about three months free.

Email budegym01@gmail.com to cancel your membership. Please allow up to 7 days. Cancelling the direct debit at your bank stops the payments, but please email us too so we can close your membership.
