How do I get a day pass?
Tap "Get a day pass" and choose the day pass (£7). Pay by card. You then get an email with a link to our members app. Your door code is in the app: tap the QR logo.
How long before I arrive should I buy it?
Buy it about 20 minutes before you arrive, so your code is ready when you get here. Type your mobile number and email carefully. That is how your access reaches you.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. Members and pass holders can train any time, day or night. The gym is not staffed all the time.
What kit do you have?
Power racks, a Smith machine, plate-loaded machines including a Hammer Strength shoulder press, a hack squat, a leg press, a cable stack, dumbbell racks, adjustable benches and a preacher curl. For cardio there is a treadmill, a cross trainer, a rower and a SkiErg. There are pull-up bars and a punching bag too.
What about a week pass?
A week pass is £21 for seven days. Train as often as you like. You get the code the same way as a day pass.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is Bude Gym parking outside the unit.
Where are you?
Unit 8b, Kings Hill Industrial Estate, Bude, EX23 8QN. Look for the BUDE GYM sign on the front of the unit.

“Came here with 4 friends on holiday looking for a workout, found you need to book a day pass around 20 minutes before arrival, but no matter! The owner was outside and extremely helpful, and we were in in no time. I thought the gym was perfect. Well equipped, quiet and space enough. Made thorough use of the pull up bars and punching bag, thank you for having us!”

I was able to join in an arm session with a bunch of handsome men. They let me play my favourite song on the speaker too (Complicated by Avril Lavigne). Definitely worth the visit.”
