1. Using this website

This website is run by Bude Gym. By using it you agree to these terms. The words, photos and logo on this site belong to Bude Gym. Please do not copy them without asking.

We try to keep everything on this site correct. Prices and details can change. Our sign-up page always has the latest prices.

2. Memberships and passes

You buy memberships and passes on our sign-up page (ClubManager). The terms you accept there apply to your membership or pass.

• You must be 16 or over. Under 18s need a parent or carer to fill in the sign-up form.
• Monthly, yearly, couples, under 18s and over 65s memberships are paid by direct debit.
• Day passes, week passes and the one-month option are paid once by card.
• Your access code is personal to you. Do not share it or let other people in.
• To cancel a membership, email budegym01@gmail.com. Allow up to 7 days. Stopping the direct debit at your bank stops the payments, but please email us too so we can close your membership.

3. Your 14-day right to cancel

When you buy a service online you normally have 14 days to cancel. If you ask to start using the gym within those 14 days (for example a day pass for today), you may lose that right, or pay for the time you used. To cancel within 14 days, email us with your name and the plan you bought.

4. Training safely

The gym is not staffed all the time. Train within your limits, use collars and safety bars, and put kit back. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before you start.

5. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law does not let us limit. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for events outside our reasonable control (for example a power cut or severe weather).

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
